    Weight question

So my attempt is in the next week or so...and my weight is staying pretty much the same. I have lost around 10 pounds in the last month, I'm starving all the time, and I am not eating very many calories, so I'm not sure what is going on. I would like to continue losing weight through my attempt, but is it better if I just not worry about it and keep on starving? What do you ladies suggest? I'm definitely at least 10-15 pounds less than when I conceived my two boys, and my diet is very drastically different!

    Hi

I find that if I don't eat enough I don't lose as much weight. I think your body gets used to eating a certain amount and, if that's not very much, it doesn't want to give up the fat it already has because it thinks you're starving!

However, as your attempt is so soon I would keep going as you are. You're already 10-15lb less than you were with your boys and your body will still think times are hard if you're not eating alot. Your blood sugars will also be low if you're always feeling hungry.

I think it's best to keep doing exactly what you're doing and not worry about continuing to lose weight. (as long as you're at a lower weight than when you conceived your boys, that is.)

I'm DEFINITELY a lower weight than when I conceived my boys...it might even be up to a 20-25 pound difference. :/ I wasn't weighing myself at the time, but from the amount of fast food and pizza that I was consuming, I would say at least a 15 pound difference. In fact, I'm close to my lowest adult weight in recent years.
I am still somewhat losing...but it's been only about a pound or two week. I was just hoping for more is all, to really get a good sway in!
Thanks for letting me know that it is okay...I was about to fast on only Crystal Light and Caffeine Free Diet Coke (only slightly serious, don't worry!)
