Some people track with online trackers, I just used a notepad till I got the hang of about how much to eat (this took me only a few days) then I stopped tracking.
If you don't have PCOS/IR you can have sweets. Most people are fine just sticking within the overall limits for the day and cookies/brownies are fine.
Can someone post a link to the "what we're eating" thread so Ans can see what others are doing?

There are tons of other things that people might do and in my signature below there's a link to The Complete Index that has essays on a variety of topics.
