    clomid and lining

I know that it is possible that clomid will thin your uterine lining. My AF seems to be way less this month and last month. I only took clomid 2 cycles. Could it thin so quickly or has nothing to do with it? Is there anything to do to help with lining for implantation?

Yes, it is well known for thining the lining in some women, and it can happen from the first cycle. Then usually it gets progressively worse with each month of clomid. However, you can't be assume that a lighter period means a too thin lining. But if there is an issue, switching to femara and possibly taking estrogen as well (the hormone responsible for building a proper lining) usually does the trick. I'd get an ultrasound, in fact, I highly recommend a full cycle of ultrasound monitoring at least every few days to really see what's going on.

It can, but ~usually~ takes longer than 1-2 cycles.

That having been said, LE Diet also seems to cause lighter AF and many of us have gotten DD with shorter, lighter periods (myself included) and just because your period was light, doesn't mean that your lining wasn't good enough to sustain a pregnancy OR that next month's lining won't be (what happened last month doesn't necessarily have any bearing on this month!)

I don't think you ought to do anything without input from your DOCTOR because I think you may be overthinking this. I think people are incessantly taking things to "aid implantation" when they do not need to and those things, even the ones that seem harmless, may have side effects.

Until you have a scan by a doctor who tells you your lining isn't adequate, assume it is.
