begonia- Yes hypnobabies rocks! and you can find it on mom boards used for super cheap or ebay. I really wanted to do it on my own. I felt so defeated after my first birth and something in me just wanted to prove to myself that I was powerful beyond measure. Bradley just didn't appeal to me as it was so dependent on my hubby and that's not his personality nor mine to have someone all over me rubbing and such. When I'm sick I tend to just go into myself and this fits me to a T. However, DH did read the scripts to me a few times and there's a part where I learn that when he touches me, I instantly become more relaxed. Well we had just hung around the house for the day and it wasn't until I was in transition, and I believe push 3 where I got a little breathy and he just touched me. I felt so calm it was incredible and I just pushed her on out. She had her hand by her face too.
Jane- Congratulations!!
Flava- I'm glad your vbac went well! I love birth stories too. We'll be ttc at the same time so here's hoping for bfps for us both! I tested my ewcm and I think it's in the 6 range too. This paper is so hard to read but I'm guessing that's good enough and adding in preseed or a BSF will suffice for when we try.
Lola- That's awesome your ex-DH is having a girl teehee. Karma karma... Good on you for not POAS! Come on BFP!
WP- My goodness the cow LOL. Oh sweetie I'm ss to read about the wonky cycle but I did not expect at all to hear about the cow. Is it sad that I want to be pregnant in summer because maternity fashions are far better that time of year LOL.
AFM: I'm finally O'ing today so we can move on to the next cycle! I've been kinda bad with the diet the past couple of days as I was visiting my parents and didn't eat nearly enough. But I'm back on track and went to workout for the first time tonight. It was great. We'll see how much my body hates me in the morning hehe.Heather

Hope you don't mind if I jump in and join the chatting. I have been making an effort with the boy diet for the past 4 weeks and just added in some supplements the past week. Not sure of when I will be TTC as DH isn't fully on board. He says that he is willing to do it for me but I am not ready to move forward until he is 100% happy with the idea so I thought I would make the diet changes to be ready for whenever that may be.
Looking forward to getting to know you all better.Me (31)

I need to stop reading because just when I think I've got it figured out I read something that's completely different. So ok, in a nutshell, for a boy doing the High Everything diet, I need to just eat like crazy? Anything and everything although healthily ..lift weights to gain some muscle and throw in a supp or 4 lol to boost ewcm. BD whenever the heck we want and hope for the best?!!? I just read pages and pages about high salt/high potassium negating one another and eating cereal (ie milk!) is good for a boy sway so I'm just going to stop nit picking and just eat. As clearly since I'm underweight I don't eat enough and I live on soda so my blood sugar is always low since I'm just drinking rather than eating.

Exactly! I have no idea anymore what is "the diet" we suppose to eat??? When I joined this site there was more or less a diet plan but now it's like eat everything and a lot and bummm you get your boy. Well I just don't think so.
Im so confused really and so tired of this I waked up today thinking I don't want to do this anymore. I don't think I want another baby...I shouldn't have started this so early maybe because Im just so tired of it all. The eat all the time diet , the sups, all this new fat on me, just everything.
And sorry but I don't think that just because I try to believe I can have a boy I really going to have one.
I was so sure DD3 is a boy and she is not so it did not worked for me.
Sorry really sick of all this had to write it down.

AF came this morning!!!! I know, I know, I shouldn't be excited, but this cycle has been so crazy that something is better than nothing at this point. (Dh better take back all those "you look pregnant" comments). I am so ready to start up TTCing this cycle.
Do you guys have any ideas on what would make my LP longer ?
I am going to add Vit D this month I think, since we drink raw milk with no additives. What do you guys think?
Flava: What supp are you taking? Thanks for the best withes on the cows. If the calf is a boy he will go to freezer camp, if it is a girl, she will join the herd for a future milker
Begonia: Of course I am happy for her....when she has her calf I get fresh cow's milk again. Right now, we only have goat's milk.
Thanks ladies for helping out this cycle....what a mess. I have NEVER had one longer than 29 days.thank you GD

You probably O'd later WP? Are you charting? LP is pretty constant.
Flava- Huge hugs mama. I just know that I feel I need to do *something* to help get a boy. But I can't feel comfortable doing that without some clear direction. I think I'm just going to go with doing everything opposite to what got me two girls and hope for best.
