Go with your panorama results. I don't like this pic for gender. It's not centred so the gender is in the shadows. Sorry things are so confusing for you. Maybe the scan place have a better gender pic? Hopefully they printed the wrong one by accident.

Oh I didn't see you had blood test results. This isn't a good shot to guess anything more than that is a leg and a foot. Go with the blood results

Ladies, This is a very close up of my 24 week gender part. The tech and myself are extremely confused because the tip is clearly hotdog looking. It doesn't look girly at all! Baby would not cooperate for a potty shot. Baby likes to stay on its back and open legs?

This stage of gestation is too late for a reliable nub. Girl parts can be swollen at this point and less easy to see gender.

If you got a panorama test, the odds are very very high baby is a girl. Nothing is 100% but the blood tests are more reliable than amateurs guessing on a shadowy image.
