I am so sorry junie! I have dropped a lot of the pink sway tactics after my mc in December. Healthy is of upmost importance now. I am taking my prenatals and had my hubby drop the licorice root. I am keeping up the cardio, but that's not just to sway I need the workouts to keep my mind straight. My LE diet is lacking as well, I will have a couple good days then a couple bad days, but not beating myself up over anything.

I've learned in having a miscarriage that I am not in control, it's all a miracle and my body is just the Petri dish.

I pray that you find strength and comfort. I am also feeling positive for a 2015 baby!

Thanks tarasue! I know miscarriage is common and doesn't have to mean anything but I just don't feel comfortable swaying again. I normally skip breakfast and often eat little but I won't be doing cardio and won't specifically avoid anything. We're going on holiday next week and I'll eat whatever I like to get my strength back up. My Dr suggested waiting 1-2 cycles but my husband and I discussed it and decided whenever I feel OK we will go for it. If it is meant to be it will happen. I hope you get lucky this cycle tarasue!

We waited one full cycle then my dr started me on clomid to hopefully make a stronger egg. So I hope the clomid sways pink for me. Clomid, super loose le and cardio is about all I'm doing. I think the first few cycles after a mc sways pink too.

I was underweight when I conceived last time, so last I checked I had put on about 7 lbs from the pregnancy and stopping le. I haven't weighed myself since the middle of December, I stress way to much about the numbers and need to concentrate on being healthy not weighing 125.

Right now, just take care of yourself. Are you having a d&c? Give yourself a little time then go for it

Just jumping in to say I'm so so sorry for your loss Junie. Miscarriage is just so awful. (((HUGS))) and I hope you have another chance at a healthy sticky pregnancy soon. Take care of yourself.
