accidental second pregnancy!

I didn't even get a chance to sway. We were planning on ttc in March. Well two spontaneous days in which we just pulled out. Right on my fertile days. I didn't think we would get pregnant as I'm also still nursing my 19 month old. Welp here I am.

I'm so scared! We had everything planned out! Now I'm just scared that it will be another boy. My son is my world. I really just don't want another. Hubbys family is all boys. Last born girl was 14 years ago. Before then, 37 years. My husband keeps saying, "but this could be a girl!" And I nod in agreement but really all I keep thinking, what are the chances? We aren't generally that lucky. Seems like something I could only dream about. I'm dreading the comments.. "this will just be another boy. We don't make girls." Basically the same comments I had with my first baby. We aren't going to find out the sex anyways but I'm dreading our 12 week scan.

This was me almost 2 years ago and it was another boy. My eldest son's brother you will go through so many emotions between now and when your baby arrives but it will all be fine! Your family is wonderful and unique xx

I was desperate for a girl, and when I fell pregnant the second time after swaying I really thought I was in with a pretty good shot, but the ultrasound said otherwise. The rest of my pregnancy was boring and I was uninterested (I cant believe I felt that way) but my little guy is here now and he is without doubt the sweetest little child I have ever known. I actually have to be careful that I don't act like I am favouring him over my other child, but my point is, gender is irrelevant. You will love your kid no matter what he or she is. They win us over totally in other ways.
