Some people believe that any herb teas are "alkalinizing" and boy friendly but I doubt anything sways by much as long as you have them only 2-3 times a week. I would not drink any herbal tea daily or more than daily not becuase of swaying, but simply because that becomes medicinal quantities and we do not have enough info to know if they are safe.

I've been a consistent breakfast eater over the past ten years -- mainly oatmeal or cereal, and always woke up hungry and ready to eat! I've been skipping breakfast for about 4 months now, although I do have coffee with cream and sugar when I wake up. Since it's real sugar, I don't know if it's technically 'fasting', but I really hope it's better than not having a full breakfast. Either way, I think since it's real sugar (not Splenda or aspartame), it helps satisfy a bit more, so I can hold off until about noon to eat solid food.

As everyone says it just gets easier I did it for 8 long months! I personally found going cold turkey easier than allowing myself some fruit or minimal food. I would wake at 7am have a hot drink and then not eat until 11.30am. I soon got into the routine and the swing of it, it takes a month or so to find the right balance for you X good luck X

I have 2 dd's and with both I had something small for breakfast around 9:30 and I was up from 7-7:30, usually a banana or cereal. Dinner was eaten no later than 5 pm so my fasting time was quite long also.
