I think it'll help. I had/have the hardest time getting used to eating everything in only a few meals. I feel like I'm stuffing myself so full! I just pretend that I don't have time to eat a snack, so I have to eat it with my meal. Somehow that seems to trick my brain into making room for the food. Does that make sense? LOL!

Sure,'if you don't get headaches from the aspartame. I have decaf coffee (been off caffeine 4+ years) with a splash of creamer or a packet of Splenda with fiber. I do this in the afternoon around 4pm, which is my longest stretch without eating till dinner. I go 6-7 hours between lunch and dinner to get another good fast in.

Hang in there! This was the hardest for me and now I can't imagine going back to how I used to eat!

you can certainly try to cut down, but with 5-6 months to go I wouldn't get too uptight about it.
