    WE are finding that it's best to stick with the things that really work and let go of the stuff that doesn't (and typically inhibits odds of conception a lot).

    Diet 12+ weeks, exercise, fiber, one attempt, and Clomid or Femara if you can get them are getting great odds of success. LR, soymilk, and OLE for DH if he'll take them. Alllll the other stuff is simply standing in the way of these effective tactics.
