So I alternate between trader joes eggplant wrap with tahini sauce ( highly recommend it) and a ready made afghan veggie stew with some rice for lunch/dinner.
I have noticed my sodium intake each day sometimes goes over 1000mg ( maybe 1200mg)
How much sodium are people taking in daily?
Am I taking too much?

I wouldn't worry about sodium at all personally. Most girl mom's I know IRL eat tons of processed foods loaded with sodium. For my sway I didn't add salt to any homemade foods (while cooking) but I often ate frozen meals (trader Joe's and amys) with sodium.

I agree with Bluebonnet, swaying is hard enough without having to micromanaging sodium. I would only focus on the cal/fat/protein limits and call it good.
I'm sure you're doing great! You'll be an old pro soon[emoji6]!

Most of us have completely given up sodium restrictions. I keep it in the mix because it is safe enough and possible to do (and whenever an "old school" tactic is safe and reasonably doable I keep it in there for whoever wants it) but I didn't do it when I got my DD and was eating gobs of the stuff, as was my husband. Got my 4th boy limiting sodium.

I think too much/high sodium can even sway pink! No reason to limit it in a pink sway.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period
