Hi ladies,
So, I'm thinking of random things that I like to eat and wondering if they are ok on the diet. Where should I post these random questions as to not be "in the way" of other threads
Some examples
Can I eat a baked potato every day for lunch?
How bout cinnamon rolls (for lunch)?
I'm a big breakfast eater. So can I eat any of those things at lunchtime instead of for breakfast?
Thanks!

Is this ok to eat question

That is what I do- have what I would like to have for breakfast at lunch. I still eat 3 times a day but small portions for the first and second meals.
For breakfast I love a cinnamon roll with my coffee- yum! Or I love 1 cup of mixed berries in 1/2 cup of full fat French vanilla yogurt- Stonyfield.
Lunch- cheese sandwich with tomato slices and scraps of what the boys didn't eat- I HATE to throw out food!
Dinner- something hearty to make sure I get enough calories and protein. I make this my largest meal, since our bodies are better at regulating our blood sugar (insulin is coming from your pancreas now instead of glycogen stored from your liver) or I make up for calories with a yummy dessert right after dinner.
GL to you! On this forum, started by Weezie is a thread called Lets record what we are eating. There are a ton of ideas for meals!

We try to not be too particular around here about our threads, just post em when you got em (questions, that is)
In the Dream Members section there's a thread called "Myth of the Magic Foods and Best/Worst Food Guide" that can really be of help.
There are no forbidden foods for pink - you can eat anything provided you stick in the limits. Some people like to be more strict than that and focus only only the pink-friendly foods and others don't.
I ate baked potato several times a week with my DD. Breakfast foods (for lunch) are also fine. Did that quite often myself!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

I have non-fortified cereal most days for lunch (with whole or skim milk, I switch it up). And I eat a fair amount of potatoes!
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

If you eat cereal, it needs to be unfortified!
This link will only work for Dream Members but this is among the most helpful threads on the site (IMVVHO) http://genderdreaming.com/forum/le-d...ood-guide.html!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Here in Europe, all the Bio (basically organic but even better) cereals are unfortified. So I eat all kinds of things - corn flakes, spelt muesli/granola (with rolled spelt, looks like rolled oats and same texture), puffed & honey sweetened rice/quinoa/amaranth/millet, chocolate rice krispy type cereal, and honey flavoured corn-based spheres. I just avoid oats and added vitamins, and I'm careful to go for lowfat granola or only eat a little of high fat ones, and the granola must be made with pink friendly oils (canola, sunflower, palm). It's not true granola alas as no oats but it's not bad. Oh and no nuts, chocolate or coconut in my granola. Just fruit..
The cheap, generic store brand of corn flakes are unfortified here, too. But all other conventional cereals, especially brand names, are fortified.
I'm pretty sure in the US you can find plain puffed grains (Arrowhead Farms organic, often in bags), with or without sweetener, that are not fortified. But most cereals in a box, organic or not, contain either oats, vitamins, or both. Especially the really tasty or sugary cereals, sigh.
