I use the clearblue/clearplan easy fertility monitor. I like it a lot. it lets you know what your 6 best days are to conceive. Its really straight forward but expensive. I new monitor will cost you roughly 250$ but I bought mine off kijiji for 50$. I highly suggest it.

Thanks mandicane! Was going to buy that one from ebay.I'm in the UK and ttc a girl with cut off, but my Ov dates vary mth to mth. How many days prior to Ov to you get a 'warning' ur going to ov soon?

I use the clearplan one also and i like it alot.I usually got two days of high fertility and 2 peak.Peak is supposed to be when your ovulating and the next day is peak by default.

I have the CBFM too. It's really easy to use!
I've used it twice before for a few months I had varying amounts of "high" days before my "peak" two days - sometimes just 2, other times 5. The first time I used it I conceived first month. The second time I conceived 2nd month. I didn't know about swaying at the time, I was just desperate to conceive.
I know other people used it for longer and it learnt their cycles well so they always had a set number of highs before the first peak, but I had just come off the pill and then used it again following a MC so my hormone levels might not have been stable anyway.
When I start my pink sway in Dec I'll be DTD on each high day and the first peak day to try and get a 1-day cut off, enough time for the RepHresh to lower the semen pH from my last DTD in theory!

I can recommend this place in the UK for fertility type products:
http://www.accessdiagnostics.co.uk
If you order something from them they send you a 10% off code almost immediately (at least they did me!) so you could perhaps order some cheap pregnancy tests and then use the coupon to buy the fertility monitor next month IF you need it2005
