Have you been getting sicker or holding steady lately? Yellow snot can sometimes hint at a bacterial infection. How bad are the headaches?

You could try my natural viral cure that usually will kick viruses in the butt within 12-24 hours; buy pure elderberry liquid extract and take 30 drops every 3 hours. Also, drink 20-30oz of freshly squeezed orange + carrot juice (50:50 mix), preferably organic. If you're not feeling better by Monday morning, then take the Cipro. That is what I would personally do.

Have you felt at all feverish? I will go chart stalk you on FF.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I am a teeny bit better today and the headache has let up so I would say holding steady! I give my boys elderberry. I have been doing ACV and garlic too. I actually love carrot/orange juice so I will buy some tomorrow. If I do feel worse then I will have to take it. My chart is so strange but I will keep temping and see what happens. Thanks maiden!!

    Glad to hear that!

Yeah, I can see why you think you haven't Oed. I think a fluke temp due to fever makes more sense. Why the open circles?

you know, I had a bit of a brainstorm here - if you do have some sort of infection in your uterus (source of the fluid) then it may help get rid of it to take the Cipro...

not that I typically recommend taking meds outside of their prescribed area, but then again it's a weird situation since the fluid seems to have developed after the HSG - all just makes me a bit wary that something is going on in there.

You know Atomic, DH was saying the same thing to me and I was thinking it as well. It is strange that my cervix is low, medium and feels open to me, sort of like how it does before AF. I think I may just take it. I will probably take probiotics in between as well, but doesn't that sway blue?

The high temp I was awake a lot cause I couldn't sleep and the other one I took my temp a half hour earlier.

Probiotics don't sway if you're on antibiotics (no data, just instinct here) You NEED probiotics when you're on antibiotics because the antibiotics kill off the good microbes in your gut.

Then that one high temp is definitely off, not being able to sleep will have a major effect!

I agree taking the Cipro could clear up another infection if it's to blame for the fluid. Also being sick probably is what delayed O this month. I would definitely attempt regardless of your chances. I attempted 2 weeks after minor surgery for which I took Cipro for 7 days after to prevent infection. I didn't conceive but I don't blame the surgery or Cipro.
