I find jelly sweets or marshmallows good if you need to bring up your calories for the day and are much better for pink then chocolate or cake for your sugar fix

I have red meat once a month to prevent anemia. Otherwise I'm usually completely vegetarian. Maybe 2x a month I have a few bites of chicken. I think being vegetarian is very important. Why not just cook vegetarian for the whole family? Or just pick out the meat/only eat side dishes?

You can have coffee drinks with any kind of milk, provided it's WITH a meal, not a snack, and fits into your daily totals.

You can have sweet treats as long as they fit into your totals. I do eat cake and cookies sometimes, but I avoid dark chocolate. Lately I've been eating fruit & nut bars (like Larabars) to satisfy my sweet tooth. Or low fat pudding.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I have not ate any type of meat or fish since I was 12 years old. I started transitioning to vegetarian when I was 8 due to a digestive intolerance to red meat

It's hard lol my kids are young and love chicken burgers pizza lol etc, I'm trying to stay within the limits of protein and trying to eat less meat and I totallt skip breakfast anyhow. I'm hoping with the workout and losing 35 pounds will be much helpful,

Is like Greek style rice okay? It's just white rice with lemon?

White or milk chocolate if you fit it into your totals is okay. And dark choc on occasion just not daily.
