OH and I figured I'd chime in to agree that morning sickness has definitely not indicated gender for me; DD1 I got sick every.single.day from 7-15 weeks. DD2 I felt amazing. I didn't have a day of sickness, no pains, etc. It was truly awesome.

This one's been just an odd mix... haven't gotten sick but definitely had nausea early on, seems to have subsided but the food aversions are strong and numerous. I'm so tired of those. I dream of eating a full, well-rounded meal again.

WP-yep today is O day for me! Hoping this is it! If not though, I am quitting the diet. I'm tired of it. I will try to keep up the supps though. Even though nothing has worked to give me ewcm...so idk! This will be my 5th full month on the diet so yeah I'm tired of it!

DH had been feeling better but complained of his back hurting. Could be another kidney stone or just a backache from working so much lately lol.

Okay, I stopped by quick to tell you ladies that I measured my hips, thighs, and belly today (I have weighed myself too) and I have the exact same measurements as when I was 3 months postpartum with my last child!!! It was enough to make me want to cry. My bigger clothes have been getting tight and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting too big before even getting pg....too late. I just don't know what to do. If I ask DH, I know what he will say....just start your cardio again and eat normal. I have never had a weight problem before and getting a little worried, I guess.

Do you guys think it would be bad to cut out breads and do a (little) cardio (on a mini-trampoline) or something?

    Okay, venting over....
    thank you GD

Hi Cemas! I drank a big glass of grapefruit juice every morning. I love the stuff; it didn't seem to impact my O but now that I think about it I did O a day earlier a couple of cycles. So maybe that contributed? FX yours comes soon and even more FX you get pg this cycle!

Alexis hope it is a good strong O and this is the cycle for you!!!

WP, I'm so sorry you're getting the side effects of the boy-diet! I do think adding in some cardio and cutting back on breads would be fine. Did you do much cardio before when you got pg with your girls? I did a TON before getting pg with my girls so for the sway I cut that by about 75% and added in weights. Are you doing any weights at all? Or strength training in general is good, like push-ups, sit-ups, etc for gaining muscle, which might help some!

Begonia: I do 35 sit-ups and 65 squats everyday and then leg exercises and jumping jacks every other day. I know this sounds funny, but normally I don't exercise.....doing all the farm and home chores keeps me very fit. Even when conceiving all my girls and two boys, I was doing no cardio. Maybe I will post on the TTC boy thread......
    thank you GD

    Helllooooo girls!!!!!!!!
I am sooooooo excited to be here with you all!!! A very very special thank you to begonia for the invite to join you girls!! My name is Heather, you can call me Heath or whatever you want, lol. I am 34 years old. I am obviously TTC . I would have a 10 year old son but he passed away in 2001 at the age of 2 month to SIDS. I LOVED having a son and want to have that experience again. My DH and I have been TTC since Nov. 2009. We were able to get pg in Dec 2009 but lost our little bean at 7 weeks gestation. We have been swaying since Feb 2011 and have recently (2months ago) started hardcore. I am on FF but wanted to be part of a forum specific to swaying. I joined IG but either my titles aren't "catchy enough" or I have some type of disease. Nobody seems to respond to my posts. LOL!

Looking forward to meeting and getting to know everyone!!

P.S. GD has MUCH better emoticons than FF! hee hee!

WP.......I am in the same position as you. I get my work out at work. I do alot of lifting in a day. I also work very long hours in the week. TBH, when I get home I have no ambition. Maybe we could buddy up and be inspiration to each other. Even if it's just light weights. Heck even soup cans might work, lol!
