Please help me decide (conceiving after chemical/early m/c)

Hi all! I have not posted much lately as we have been back and forth about having another child, but recently decided we would regret not having one more (hoping for a girl). Much to my surprise, I conceived this month, after a one-time attempt and literally days after stopping taking the mini pill. Sadly, I am losing that baby now about a week after finding out I was pg. I was lightly swaying (I have to take it very easy on diet as I am naturally very thin/borderline underweight).

Now my big question is how to proceed. I am not wanting to wait long to TTC again, as my boys are getting older and so are DH and I. I have heard the cycle after chemical/mc sways girl; however, my last lovely boy was conceived directly after an early mc (about 5.5 weeks along), with no cycle in between. So, wondering if this sways boy for me.

I'm just so disappointed and now don't know what to do. Any advice? I really appreciate the help.

I'm very sorry about your mc! I would think that since you were already lightly swaying, your body is more prepared for a DD. So, you have two sway factors working for you. I would jump on it and ttc with your next cycle.

IMO if It were me, I would just have a 16 hour overnight fast and not snack between meals, then BD every four days once the bleeding/spotting stops. I think this would greatly help, since you were lightly swaying before.

Our stats have shown that the first cycle after a miscarriage sways pink. Nothing is 100% but I think that the human body works a certain way, there aren't people out there who's bodies "do the opposite" any more than some of us breathe water instead of air, and that you should absolutely still try to catch that first egg.

Thanks, everyone. I think we will go ahead and see what happens. What do you think my best plan would be as far as supplements, etc.? I wasn't using much because I was on the pill and hoping to catch the first egg off, but now of course I've been off it for several weeks. I'm nervous to use too much out of fear if another mc, but want to maximize chances for a girl! Also sticking with a vegetarian diet, delaying breakfast, etc.

Thank you for any help! This loss has really thrown me for a loop!

I'd keep up with diet, exercise, and have unprotected attempts every 4 days. Give DH OLE and LR if he's willing to take them and he's under 40 (for the LR)

All the other stuff is not getting good results.

Folic acid as well (for all pregnancies). Just the pure folic acid, not the ones with added vitamins, etc. So sorry for your loss xx
