Mmmm, zanacal - I love those sherbet dib dabs - I wish we could buy them over here!

I'm impressed you eat so little too, Emmy - I was somewhat like that my first month or so on the diet, but I've been progressively eating more and more the longer I've been on it.

I'm back home now so back to eating more diet-friendly food. O is due on Wednesday or Thursday, but my OPKs are starting to look almost positive, my cervix couldn't be more soft and open, and I had bad cramps on my left side all afternoon, so I'm wondering if I'm going to O early. I've only gotten one rushed attempt in so far, so dh and I have to get busy!

    7am: coffee
12pm: low sodium bun with a bit of mayo and a slice of Swiss cheese
5:30pm: rice pasta with creme fraiche, lemon juice and parm (mmmmm - very yummy - thanks for the tip, Zanacal!), 2 sugar free cookies for dessert
8:30pm: low fat ice cream with raspberries, 8 Pringles, Mike & Ike candies

Glad you found (and liked!) the creme fraiche mocha. I think I'll have that for my dinner tonight actually!

I'm a small girl too... wonder if I'm being over ambitious with my meal plans then.. I've calculated I have only 12lbs I can lose before I have an underweight BMI.

I wasn't very small to begin with, but I was average weight. I started this diet at about 128-130 lbs, and have lost nearly 20lbs now while still eating tons of sweets and empty calories. I was actually very shocked at how quickly the weight came off. Now I'm working hard to maintain my current weight of 111 lbs and not lose anymore because I'm already down to Size 0 and all my friends and family think I'm anorexic.

    Today I had:

Lunch: Costa mozzarella and tomato panini (again!). Costa light with sugar free vanilla syrup.
Dinner: Spaghetti with kids tomato pasta sauce. Tesco light syrup sponge pudding with custard (yum!)
Snack: 3 Dutch Crispbakes with sugar free jam.

I hadn't planned to have a snack but I was starving!

Another day where I couldn't stop eating. Why am I so hungry lately??

    7am: coffee
12pm: swiss cheese sandwich on WW bread, 2 sugar free cookies, apple, Mike & Ike candies
5:30pm: rice pasta with creme fraiche, mushrooms, zucchini and parmesan, homemade low sodium bun dipped in balsamic vinegar, 2 sugar free cookies
8:30pm: green grapes, 18 low fat Pringles

Those buns I made turned out pretty well. I was tired of constantly reading labels of buns in the store to find the one with the least sodium. I found a recipe online for crusty buns made using a bread machine, reduced the salt significantly, and made them. They work out to 109mg of sodium per bun - I could have eliminated the salt entirely, but I wanted them to have some taste. The only problem is, they're 8g of protein and 262 calories each, so eating one in addition to a meal tonight wasn't a good idea (though it was very tasty to eat it warm from the oven, dipped in balsamic vinegar). I froze the other 5 buns and will have a sandwich on one tomorrow - looking forward to that!

In case anyone didn't see my other posts, I got my +OPK today and expect to O tomorrow. Once I know O has happened, I'm going to treat myself to some chocolate.
