You got it Sage- classic boy mom obsession [emoji170][emoji170]! Keep posting as you read more- I really liked your post!
AFM-I hope I'm not getting the virus my boys had. I'm so tired/exhausted today! I almost threw up when working out because I was pushing myself too hard. I cannot afford to be sick right now. DH is studying for his comp. exams before he can start writing his dissertation, and he won't be home much to support me. My in-laws are great, but I try not to overuse their help. My mom is sweet, but she is grossly incompetent. Ugh. I hope DS2 lets me sleep tonight....and DH wants to BD! Sandman take me away....

I had to do the creighton classes! I was so desperate for help with my anxiety and panic (and severe pms, combined with strange mc's) that IO did the course--The lady thought the hormones might be causing my sudden anxiety disorder. Are you in calgary? I wonder if its the same lady...
Anyway, while I felt I knew my body, I had to do the courses and learn to chart 'their way' but overall I found it hugely helpful (not the course, my meds after). Basically, after you learn your body their way, they do the blood work, figure out where you are, then prescribe estrogen, progesterone or HCG shots to even you out. I like the hcg shots best, it makes you make your own hormones and not synthetic, and I feel way better on that than the progesterone/estro mix.
I quit charting, I know when I O and then I have to get my blood tests on 7 dpo. I have found the program very helpful in that I now have help for my horrible symptoms which my own drs wouldn't help me with! But you have to do whats right for you--just sharing my experience. My Ovulation Chart

There might be one more at the end of this week.lol. I don't think I caught the egg this month, I'm just not feeling it at all. Df was ill with a bad cold (man flu) when we bd so that doesn't help. I'll test tomorrow but I will only be 9/10 dpo if its negative ill test again fri sat and Sunday. I got caught second month trying with both my boys, first time and only one attempt before the miscarriage. Just seems like since I had a scrape everything's gone downhill [emoji22]

Taytum- I'm so sorry to read this
I'm glad you have such a lovely attitude about it- I would have been really frustrated and sad in your shoes
I hope this next cycle is much much shorter for you and brings a nice big BFP!
XX- Take it easy! I'm exhausted just reading about everything you have going on. I think you shouldn't worry about calling your in-laws too much, normally they offer help because they really want to help and be a part of their kids and grandchildren's lives. I'm still loving your chart and hoping this is your BFP cycle!
Sage- I'm glad you feel like the book was helpful for you! I think your plan of getting as healthy as possible is great. Hopefully that is all you need and your BFP is waiting for you this cycle. Plus obsessing or "researching" is SO boy mom. I do it all the time.
uschi- I'm excited to hear how your blood test went!
Vegmom- I'm so sorry this cycle didn't work out- but you're not out until AF shows- which hopefully won't happen!
sweetlily- Your experience with the creighton course or at least what came after sounds great!
Eleena- I hope you see two lines if you test today!
AFM- This cycle is driving me crazy. (TMI) I had spotting yesterday after a BM and after BDing and thought OK AF is finally coming. This morning I wake up,and my temp is lower but no AF, no spotting, nothing. Felt my cervix and nothing.
I am probably completely crazy and AF is going to show in a few hrs. I have all the signs backache, cramping, etc. However if AF doesn't show today I think I must have O'd later than FF thinks...which means AF is probably still just around the corner for me. This cycle really has it in for me!Last edited by Junie; February 24th, 2015 at 05:23 AM.

Junie - Sounds like the same thing my body did this month: some spotting, then nothing, then eventually af. My acupuncturist said it sounded like I might have been pregnant for a minute, but it was never enough to show a bfp.
SweetLily - Thanks for sharing your experiences! I'm in Baltimore, MD. So how long did it take you to do all that and get a bfp?2011 early m/c,
