I was thinking about adding cinnamon to my sway…What exactly does it do? Keeps blood glucose levels down during the 2WW? Will it be harder to get pregnant taking cinnamon? When would I start taking it? How much dosage is recommended?
THANKS!!!

Unless you have severe PCOS or a lot of weight to lose, do not use cinnamon.
Not everything out there is suitable for everyone to use. Cinnamon is something I only use in rare circumstances.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Dietary amounts are always ok. I'm just talking about using larger than normal amounts daily as a sway tactic. I worry that some people who do not have insulin issues, would actually begin to faint from low blood sugar eating strict LE Diet, skipping meals, and then doing cinnamon on top of that.
