    I will be using rephresh too. I keep changing my mind on my attempt... If i could just stick to something would be way easier!!! I think going until i get my first positive is the best option as dh is really really wanting another child and our ds is 3 so i dont want a huge gap between them. We have tried a couple of times with a cut off but nothing came of it.

    We will DTD when I get my +OPK too, which works out as a 1 day cut off for me. GL x

    What I would do is just keep watching for ANY sign of ovulation, DTD as soon as you see signs, and then wait to see what happens. So if you get some CM or your cervix gets soft, then DTD then and wait to see if you actually O.

    Believe it or not, this may be the ideal month to try because you know for sure that your fertility is suppressed.

    Thanks everyone for your comments! Af is now here!!!! never thought i would be so happy to see that! Anyway will try and keep track of o again , I do think it is my diet doing this so as you said atomic while my body is like this I am best to try !!
