    Hello!!
    No breakfast
Lunch on plane - cheese sandwich and pack of opal fruits (I've discovered diet coke and I'm really enjoying it)
    Snack m and m's!
Dinner normal pasta (officially given up on yuck gf!) with leeks and courgettes, butter, lemon and bit of olive oil (adding that back it now and it makes a HUGE difference to how the food tastes!) and lots of Parmesan. Ice cream (this is to fatten me up!). Strawberries and meringue

Lol at the opal fruits swish, what year is it?! I've been back on the normal pasta for ages - for some reason I prefer spaghetti!

Opal fruits? I've never even heard that one. And LOL on the boiled sweets, Zana

I'm still eating rice pasta most of the time, but on the odd occasion I have real pasta it tastes soooooo good! I just hate how 2 servings eat up more than half of my daily protein. Add parmesan, and I'm at over 30g of protein with one meal! I think if I end up on this diet any longer, though, I will make the switch back to real pasta and just stop counting my protein so strictly.

I decided a while ago that I'd rather have less pasta and have the real stuff!

I'd be starving on one serving of pasta! In my normal life I think I probably have 4 servings or more in one sitting. Even with two servings I always get depressed when I see how little is in my bowl.

I really hope this increased appetite I seem to have means I'm pregnant, because I can't stop eating!

    7am: coffee
12pm: 2 low sodium blueberry pancakes left over from the other day, with a bit of butter and maple syrup
5:30pm: 1 piece of fresh mozzarella/tomato/basil from ds's caprese salad, corn on the cob
8pm: 2 servings rice pasta with leeks and zucchini sauteed in olive oil (you gave me the idea, swish - I miss olive oil!) with a dash of salt (my sodium was so low I could afford it) + parmesan, creme fraiche and lemon juice. It was pretty substantial and filling. Low fat vanilla ice cream with frozen raspberries (I heated them in the microwave first), Mike & Ike candies.

Calories: 1727 (too high to maintain this weight, I think)
    Protein: 44g
    Sodium: 667mg
