Ladies.... This just got real. Af returned just 5 days shy of one year PP.
I've been lose LE diet and that's it. Hubby is on board to sway, and although timing is kinda sucky - we need to make it happen either by June/July for a march April baby, (sooner would have been better) or wait again so that I can be die anytime between end of Nov- March. This is bc im a wedding photographer and it would be really bad for my business if I had to tell my current clients that I am due at their wedding.
I'm 39 his June and hubby turned 40 last December.
I'm ok with waiting again IF we're crazy to do a quick half assed sway.... But if there is valid reasons that we could give it one shot in June (almost 3 months right?) then I say I sway uber hard.
I'm still bfing a baby boy so vitex is out.
Whatcha all think?

I'm scared to death bc I did one attempt, and was bfing when I got pregnant with ds4. I am sure ️Hoping swift kick in my diets ass is the ticket. I want to read up on supps for Dh again, and maybe fibre for me? I am still overweight
that's also why I'm nervous / I dropped a lot of weight before getting pg with ds4.

3 months on strict LE is enough time for a strong sway. I'd add in cardio exercise for you (and DH as well if he's willing, both biking & running especially lower sperm count), fibre, and OLE and maybe LR for DH.
Obviously your body & lifestyle (and DH's) naturally sway strongly hlue, so I'm not surprised you got a 4th boy only using 2 secondary/tertiary pink sway tactics. But nursing and one attempt do still sway pink!
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I gotta read up on these. He's 40, and I'm 38 (39 in June)
Luckily Dh doenst like meat lately so it's been super easy to cut back an skip out! I know he won't do cardio and the one thing I have zero control over is what he does in his spare time if Ya know what I mean.
Oh and history ds 1&2 are from a previous DH, and he has a daughter from before me; and yet Dh now has only nephews - scaring the crap out of me lol
I have so much weight to lose... Should it not be off before more in advance? I think il start running again, but I might be able to convince him to buy those tow behind Nike carriers for the babies and maybe we can both bike. Oh and he has like zero % body fat. He's 5' 10-11 ish and is 150 pounds.

I keep trying to reply and it won't let me. So in short
Ds1-2 are from a previous (who has a daughter)
My Dh is so lean. 5' 10 150 pounds tops.
He's 40. Can he take those supps?
I think I have high testosterone levels but have no idea what I can do for that while breastfeeding.

We think (and I personally believe) that what the woman does sways the most by far. So while that explains why you keep getting boys despite changing partners, it also means you don't have to worry about what DH does. DH can take OLE, not sure about LR at his age. I'll let atomic weigh in on that one.
Do you have any PCOS symptoms? What is your current height/weight? Weight when you conceived DS1?
Even if you have a lot of weight to lose, 3 months swaying is enough to give you a great shot at a girl. And if you don't conceive right away, then you'll have several months to lose weight by the time you start TTC again.
I don't think you can take anything to reduce T while BFing, but the diet & exercise may help reduce it anyway. Weight loss will help as well. And fibre (how old is DS4? I would not take fibre unless he's at least a year old, just to be sure you aren't shortchanging him).

From bottom to top ds4 is one on Sunday. He's mainly on solids.
Current weight is 138lbs at 5'2, and I was I think 125 when I conceived ds4, but has dipped to 120 just before (lowest since in my 20s!!! But I got there through weights and stuff... Doing the 30 day shred....)
I do not know much about pcos so I did i quick google of symptoms - i can tell you that getting pregnant was always easy for me, and that my cycles were more or less solid as a rock within a few days but through my tracking I learned I had a pretty short literal phase 9-10 days. I've suffered from 2 mc. The only symptom that could really be anything is the hair growth. I have had the hair on my upper lip and belly, and now I think im seeing a soft beard starting (yeck). Hairs on my toes, that kinda thing. That's why I assumed I was high T.
I'm appreciating your help this far lady!!!

I think you probably don't have PCOS. The hair growth is often genetic, so I wouldn't necessarily assume you have high T. I think you're in a great position in the sense that you have enough extra weight to sway long term BUT if you conceive on your first try this summer I think 3 months will be fine too. Win/win.
