    Hi girls.

    Today I had 3 rice wraps for lunch , 2 slices of light cheese and some iceberg lettuce. I also had a skim latte with 2 equal.

    Tea time I am having jasmine rice with my vegetable curry.+ 2 serving of lollies .

    I ran for 60 minutes this morning which was 10km and I burned 900 calories.

    I am feeling really good on the diet so far!!

    You're ROCKING this!!! I ordered a polar hrm so I could properly track my fitness. It should be here next week! So do you eat what you burn, or allow yourself more food, or so you just wind up having a lot of cals to spate?

    I dont eat any more.... I hope to stick to around 1200 to 1500 a day. I drink alot of water which fills me up. I sweat my bum off when I run so I need to replace alot. I have some weight I can loose so its working out well for me. I want my girl so bad I am determined to stick to this ( of course I know No guarantees) but this diet is teaching me to eat better so win win all around

    I usually end up sparing about 1100 calories a day from exercise sometimes 1500

    I hear Ya. Today was my first attempt to run. It was pathetic. I did a lot of run then walk.... And tried to keep my heft rate up the whole time, but I haven't run in about 2.5 yrs [emoji51]

    I'm having trouble w portion sizes. I'm STARVING by lunch and then starving again by dinner and I eat huge portions!!! I feel like I'm making good meal choices but that I'm stuffing my face too much. I'm usually super into nutrition and fitness so I typically snack ALOT on nuts, jerky, PB lol all things I can't have now.

    Ya I was a 4-5 small meal person with lots of healthy fats, lean proteins etc and probably bigger than normal dinners. I'm hungry right now. 1.5 hrs to go til dinner lol

    I've still got a 5 mile run and about 4 hrs till dinner. Ugh. Dying. I'm gonna have this amazing Quinn brand popcorn and a pickle for dinner haha

    Have some crystal light ladies..this is my hungry time so I drink crystal light and take my fiber pills. If nothing else, at least it's a distraction until dinner
