This is why if at ALL possible, you guys need to be in with those attempts every 2-4 days. You are gonna be covered no matter what.

Re vitex, it's actually gotten pretty darn disappointing results for us in pink sways and so if you feel like you're really benefitting from them, I would have no issues taking it as a part of a blue sway. Personally, I think seeking out actual pharmaceutical help like Clomid is a more reliable way to go (altho can also cause cysts) but if you're more comfy with vitex, that's cool.

I would not do the soy anyway, we have had really mixed results with that. Some people tolerated it fine while others got cysts and anyone with PCO is already prone to them. Plus, it doesn't seem to work that reliably anyway.
