    Add chocolate, candy coated Easter eggs to my list lol that brought my cals up to 1500, but the fat is not something I'm proud of. Tomorrow is a shopping day. For bathing suit for my trip. I really wish I started this diet s while ago bc I've already lost about 5 pounds lol

    Have gastro OMG it's awful, does my fitness pal calculate your lunch and dinner then brining it all back up through the night! [emoji16]

    Haven't eaten much today a piece of toast, some lemonade and a cuppa tea.

    Feeling better now thanks smarston [emoji5]️ probably was good for my diet lol especially because today is Easter and I don't feel like eating yet especially chocolate!

    Hello ladies. Sorry to butt in on this post but does anybody else feel like they are eating too much? I stick within the limits (most days) but I do feel like I'm having more than I should. I tend to have 2 toast with hummus or low sugar marmalade or 2 plain tortilla wraps (no filling), a yoghurt, a packet of crisps, a low fat chocolate bar, 2 ryvita or similar for my first meal and then either something similar for tea minus the yoghurt or pasta with veg and another low fat chocolate bar for pudding. With each meal I will have a latte. I do not snack or have breakfast. I will sometimes have alcohol but not everyday. does this sound OK? Thanks.

    I felt like this at first dropping meats and high protiens bc they are such a BIG chunk of the calories we were eating. So all of a sudden we get a few hundred calories a day more! How many cals/ fat, protein grams are you eating?
    Oh and you're not butting in!!! The more the merrier!!!

    I went way overboard on cals and fat yesterday with easter dinner but I had just the tiniest bit of Turkey / the rest was veg, saucy casseroles and deserts. So high fat but low protien.

    Yesterday-
    Lunch-had a very small piece of thin crust cheese pizza. Like 2x2. And two inch veggie sub

    Dinner-managed to avoid LE questions. Scoop of Mac and cheese. Salad with vingerette, and baked potato

    I've been telling people that I changed my diet to be low fat and low protien. I have told people that I wasn't losing weight on high Protein I take like I used to and that I must be metabolizing protiens differently now bc I've lost 5 pounds from this change. Everyone is happy for me and they have zero clue that there is an ulterior motives. That being said yesterday no one at all noticed; they were too busy filling their faces lol!!

    Today was another bad day. Lunch -1.5 pop tarts, some strawberries and some grapes
    Dinner (out shopping for crap for this trip) chips (like potato chips/crisps?) and a chocolate milk and a random piece of raisin bread - no butter
