Hello ladies. I was just wondering if anybody else feels like they are eating too much? I stick within the limits (most days) but I do feel like I'm having more than I should. I tend to have 2 toast with hummus or low sugar marmalade or 2 plain tortilla wraps (no filling), a yoghurt, a packet of low fat crisps, a low fat chocolate bar, 2 ryvita or something similar for my first meal and then either something similar for tea minus the yoghurt or pasta with veg and another low fat chocolate bar for pudding. With each meal I will have a latte. I do not snack or have breakfast. I will sometimes have alcohol but not everyday. does this sound OK? Thanks.

I wouldn't have any chocolate bars for sway girl. Replace with candy or yogurt aspartame in it. Have a bigger lunch. Think 600 lunch 600 dinner
Eat bagels cream cheese and try couscous for dinner mix veggies and sour cream. And replace bar with candy. U have small piece chocolate but don't overdue it.Last edited by GT77; April 5th, 2015 at 10:44 PM.

Thank you. Do you not think I am eating enough currently? As I actually feel like I'm eating too much, even tho most days I stay in the limits. The chocolate bars I eat are weight watchers caramel wafers and only have 3.4g of fat and 1.1g of protein so not excessive

I also ate chocolate after dinner, usualy a small peace of a bar of something.
Your chocolate bar doesn't have that much fat and protein but to be sure i would't take it after avery meal.
I neede to eat sweet every meal as a reward more of less (i love sweets lol), but i ate also other candy. Maybe you can try to take the bar once a day or every other day as a compromice?Mommy of 2 gorgeous boysand my beautifull twin girls

Yeah that's why I have chocolate ha ha gotta have some sort of reward eh ha. I usually stick to the chocolate bar once a day but will have 2 low fat biscuits or something similar with my second meal, should I maybe leave those out? I have never really eaten sweets, it's always been about the chocolate for me, explains why I have 3 boys and only one girl ha ha.

I may do that then just to be on the safe side, I'm hoping not to be on this diet for too much longer so I'm sure I can cope without chocolate for a month or two ha ha. Ill certainly try anyway :-) Congrats on your twins and successful sway :-)

I have cut out masses of fat from my original diet and I have managed to lose weight so I'm hoping I'm doing OK, I also don't snack and I skip breakfast everyday. I'm not currently exercising but I plan on adding it back in within the next week. Did you use any supplements?

I took fiber, folic acid and antihistamine.
If you can start with excercise that would be great! There are great results with diet and excercise.Mommy of 2 gorgeous boysand my beautifull twin girls

I was doing exercise but then stopped as I couldn't fit it in, that was about 4 weeks ago now but I think I can manage to do it again now. I have ordered some fiber and folic acid so just waiting for those to arrive. I have been on the diet for 3 months now so feel I should have started the supps already really.
