Or maybe I should read the top line on bottle. It does have fish oil!

Here is the ingredients list Atomic. I started typing out by hand before googling. I am really switched on at the moment.

Forgot to add:
I also take megafol 5 which is 5mg of folic acid.
Vitamin D3 1000IU
and CoQ10mg.

Thinking I probably don't need the extra vitamin D3 but it is coming into winter here so I am not sure.

Then you would not need anything to improve your lining anyway. the fish oil does the same things the aspirin does.
