Alcohol question

And so I guess so long as we've fasted for long enough after too? Like even though it's empty cals, if we drink till midnight (as if THAT ever happens, but I'm going to Cuba and don't want to deviate too much) is waiting til noon to eat long enough?

Be careful with this idea though because alcohol can really lower your blood sugar and you may nneed to eat something in the morning after a night of indulging - I have had alcohol the night bfore a couple times and then got really lightheaded because I was running errands on only a light breakfast, then had a blood sugar crash like you would not believe. I had to actually stop and buy a sugary drink it was so bad and this happened like 4 times! (making myself sound like a total lush there but it wasn't that many drinks!) I just want you guys to be really careful and not pass out or anythign.

Also you prob. already know this but drink only self-contained bottled drinks that you open and do not have anything mixed with water or ice. My stepmother got VERY ill in the Carribbean once (and it's not that their water is dirty or bad necessarily, but because your stomach is not used to the microorganisms in it) I don't want you to end up trying to conceive when having tummy trouble.

Yes! I knew this, but I'm not even sure how to control that. Do you ask if it's bottled juice that the drink is being made with? I def will be asking for no ice.

I would seriously have bottled beer or wine that you open. I would not have a mixed drink down there. For reals.
