I'm 99% sure the timing to catch the egg was great this cycle for us since I used 3 different ovulation tests to compare.
My CB monitor only gave me 2 High days and I finally got my first peak this morning.
I went based on my wondfo opk ( line was darker than control) and I got a smiley on the clearblue digital test.

So we bd on the last high day ( very close to first peak day).

I just have doubts now since don't know if DH has released on his own or not and how long he's abstained. I asked him casually yesterday and he said for a while.
I have had really low sex drive last 3 weeks and we haven't been intimate.

Does anyone know if he's abstained for a while does it lower conception by a lot? What does it exactly do to the sperm?
I just don't see how he's abstained for 2-3 weeks. Never thought men could go that long without releasing.

I he abstained for 2-3 weeks then his sperm count will be on the lower side. I highly doubt he went that long!

I should just ask him again but my husband hates answering questions like that.
I wouldn't think any guy could go that long too. It's partly my fault for having such a Low sex drive. Between work, my son, swaying and trying to find a house to buy sex is the last thing on my mind.

Healthy Girl, I think maybe he doesn't want to admit that he did it, I don't think it is possible for a man to go that long. Try not to stress out about it

Tm 29, I used Preseed but only 1g of it and 15 min before. I'm not a big fan of this lube but it seems to help blue swayers, so I got over it,LOL!

Yes it's not great is it? Kind of destroys all sensation? Or did you not find that? I'm using it because of swaying blue - like you said. Is it better if you use it 15 mins before. I'm trying to work out why!

Healthygirl If he has depleted his sperm reserves I know that makes it less likely you'll get pregnant, but surely it's fantastic for pink? So, now the deed is done, at least you can feel sure you've done an amazing pink sway. Better to be in this position than to discover he had been releasing every couple of days as per blue sways.

It's hard to get a DH to sway, I've found. You? Mine found it INCREDIBLY hard to go without soy sauce. As you can imagine, that didn't seem like a very big deal to me!

Well he isn't so much intentionally swaying. It's bc I guess he didn't need to release. I still don't get how he went that long.

I didn't know releasing every couple of days swayed blue.
I thought in my personalized for pink Atomic recommended him to release every 2-4 days.

I know as far as a pink sway I have a good sway but I kinda wanted to be pregnant by my 35th bday next month.

Definitely ignore me on the releasing every 2 days thing. It's obviously not the essential thing. What matters is BD pattern, I'm sure. Maybe someone who knows more than I do can weigh in.
