So I decided to go vegetarian while swaying for my dd2. I need a lot of help. I've been reading a lot of threads and have gotten alot of information but still have a lot of questions. Here is what I've come up with in terms of diet.
Skip breakfast
11:30 am white rice, Zucchini squash and broccoli
3pm Greek yogurt and strawberries
6pm large salad. Iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, spinach
before bed ice cream
I weigh about 112 and I'm 5'4. Pretty fit
As far as bd, I am not doing any sort of timing. I am going to use sylk as a lubricant. Shallow ejaculation. Lime douche 30-60 minutes prior if necessary. Hot shower for dh and I prior to bd and will conceive in the summer.
60 minutes cardio everyday.
I am taking folic acid. I decided to skip the other supplements. Don't know if that's best though.
Should I change anything? Am I missing anything?

I would hold steady with your weight. By what you listed that you eat, you may need to increase calories to avoid too much weight loss. We don't want you to stop ovulating!
FX and GL to you!!

Vegetarian Girl Sway help
I would skip supplements other than Folic Acid. They seem to cause more problems for people than they actually help.

If you need a lube, Sylk is fine. If you haven't conceived after a few months, you may need to cut it out. Lubes can hinder conception for some people depending on how much the diet reduces CM.
Most of us do not douche as it prevents conception and pH doesn't seem to sway as much as once thought.

Ok, that's great. It's so hard to figure out what's right because there is so much information out there.

You need to read all of atomics essays and then you'll find it much easier to come up with a plan or if you've got the pennies you could always buy a plan and get rid of the guesswork. I couldnt afford one but still got plenty of help and support and it worked for me, good luck!

Can you tally up your cals, protein, fat, and potassium in that?? Seems quite sparse and want to be sure you are getting enough.
Agree that I would not lose any more weight.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

No and in fact low carb veg are FREE and unlimited on LE Diet. Do not count them for cals, fat, or protein.
What we have been doing is, when you have an option between a lower nutrient and higher nutrient vegetable, all things being equal, choose the lower nutrient one. But that doesn't mean you cannot have higher nutrient ones even every day, because you'd have to eat a mountain of broccoli to get anywhere near the amount of nutrients in a hamburger, fries, and chocolate shake.
I agree about the douching because at your weight you may lose too much if you're on diet for a long time, and so it's best to get pg quickly.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
