I hear you ladies on the SPD. I Definitely have it in full force. I can feel my spine clicking and moving when I walk although I initially didn't realise that was a symptom. My right hip and lower back are sooo sore. It hurts with any bending movement. I can crouch alright, it's the extreme pain when I try and stand that's excruciating I have a suspicion bub is mainly on my right side which is making the pain worse.

He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.

Missxo I have the baby belly band by cabea with the groin straps. They have back straps too if your back hives you problems. Best thing I've ever had. I noticed a difference immediately which I did not expect.
