Hi ladies, change of subject here... If you needed more room in your house (as we do) would you A) put yourself through an extension or B) move!? Both are stressful and both are an option for us. We have gotten approval of an extension and getting quotes in but also have had the house valued as it is now. Short version of costs is if we have the extension it won't add a great deal to our property but it's for our own comfort purposes. Moving costs money but could also have less mess factor and no builders turning up late and hidden costs etc. so what would you do?

Ugee just crashing in to say I personally would move. Having builders with small kids around sucks ( you night have the additional cost and hassle of renting elsewhere). For the money it will cost you to extend you may as well buy bigger. Just my two cents good luck with your decision Xx

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015.He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.
A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.

Thanks ladies, think we will move! I hate mess anyway (lol to having two boys about that) it's the dust from building and a newborn which worries me most. Think my husband is on boarded with moving too! ☺️
