Burakoam- sorry your feeling so awful still
maybe try the unisom/b6 again? Take it for a couple days to get in your system. I took it before bed and when taking only half the tablet I didn't feel much more sleepy the next day. But the nights I took a whole tablet I was sleepy again at 9/10 am.
The last couple days I haven't felt much movementwhich stinks big time because my mind goes in panic mood. I had a few days were I felt baby a couple different times a day, now not so much. Anyone else go a couple days barely feeling movement. I am about 18 weeks. I haven't felt any big movements yet, just the flutters/tiny poking. I am pretty sure my placenta is anterior.
Hope everyone is doing well!

Queenbee- with my 1st pregnancy I felt consistent movement from 17 wks on and with DS2 I felt him twice at 15 wks, again at 18 and not again until 21 wks and it was consistent from then on. You're at a hard stage where depending on placenta and baby placement it still may be a couple weeks before it's consistent. I know its is nerve wracking though! I'm sure all is well with your sweet babe!

I have the same QueenB, and also have an anterior placenta. Now at 19 weeks I'm starting to feel more movement, but sometimes nothing for half a day or more, and then I get worried. I'm looking forward to being further along and feeling more movement though!

So I had my amnio yesterday. Glad to have that over. But the doctor found some fluid around the heart. He is testing for a viral infection. It could also indicate a genetic problem or it could resolve on its own. Any body have this and what was the result?

I also have an anterior placenta -- I had one with my last pregnancy too. I honestly don't notice a lot of difference with the movement, but I do notice my belly button pops out a lot early because of this placement. My doctor said the position is likely because of my previous c-sections; the baby implants as far away from the scar as possible because it's "safer and more cushy."

That makes so much sense SRG! My previous two babies never had an anterior placenta and i was shocked to know this one did...well i had a tubal ligation AND a tubal reversal to have this baby so now it makes sense if it was trying to avoid scar tissue..
Keshet ive never had any experience with that or amnio period...here is hoping its nothing serious or it resolves on its own. Thoughts and prayers for you and baby...
