OMG Pizza Hut - there's something I've been craving for AGES! It's one of the things I'm planning to have as soon as I get my BFP. In my previous life, I'd eat half a medium pizza and an order of garlic bread on my own!![]()

BTW - I did look into Pizza Hut a while back and found that if I limited sodium and protein for the rest of the day, I could have 2 slices of a medium cheese pizza and stay within the diet. I almost ordered it but knew I'd never stop at 2 slices!

I just calculated my intake for today based based on my estimates for the food from the restaurant. My calories look ok at 1619, my protein wasn't as high as I thought it would be at 47, but my sodium worked out to something like 2200mg!!!
I wish I'd at least had something yummy like pizza or fries if I was going to go so salt crazy!

Hi ladies!
I've tried to eat a lot today in an effort to make af come!! I had a chocolate chip cookie at 11 (the first time food has passed my lips pre 12 for months!!)
Lunch leek risotto, strawberries and meringue, White chocolate
Snack at 5 wafer bar, some ice cream
Dinner large portion of pasta with leek, spinach and creme fraiche (this was yummy!) strawberries, meringue and white chocolate buttons
I'm sure i'm over on protein but I'm trying not to worry about it at the moment!

Pizza Hut was ok mocha - at least it's somewhere you can check the nutritional values for, with smaller (but nicer!) restaurants it's more of a guessing game!
Here's what I had today:
Lunch: Wrap with ww cheese puffs (I'm eating like a teenager!) and Mr Kipling French Fancy (cake).
Snack: Caramel ice-cream in waffle cone (no idea about nutritional values but was so good!).
Dinner: Pizza Hut - 3 slices veggie delux on thin crust Italian base.
I was probably a little over on sodium but nothing to lose sleep over2005

Go for it! I'm so not used to the rich food though, it's been repeating on me all evening (lovely eh?!). I'm actually craving another cheese puff wrap

Rich food really upsets me now, my tummy can only cope with bland food!! I actually think ice cream is. Good way to get more calories/ fat without upping protein too much
I've booked a doctors appointment for tomorrow, no idea what I'm going to say though!! I have to keep talking myself out of thinking I'm pregnant as I know I can't be. I've seriously got so many symptoms which I keep hoping are af coming as those are similar to pregnancy symptoms but still no af!!!!Last edited by swish; August 24th, 2011 at 04:43 PM.
