    Am I ruining my sway?!

    I have been on the LE diet for about 8 weeks now and I feel like I have done really well. I haven't had breakfast once and no snacking which is crazy for me! I have dropped like 10 lbs and was at my lowest weight (112lbs) and at a bmi of like 18. I feel like I did get too small. I have gained a little back now, a few lbs. . we are doing bd every 4 days now and I should be ovulating soon. But I am really struggling with the diet now. I was doing so well but I bought candies to have after meals to bring up my calories and now I have been binging on the candies after every meal and eating too many of them. Now I'm just worried that if I'm not at my lowest weight when I ovulate did I screw everything up?! I still have been low protein and low fat. I know I shouldn't stress I just don't want this to be all for nothing. And I feel like I really need to get pregnant this month because this diet is so hard!!

    I don't want anyone to drop below BMI 18.5 anyway.

    You need to start TTC right away and do what ever it takes to keep weight steady.
