But at the same time, change isn't ALWAYS a good thing. You can certainly change your hormones to be more GIRLfriendly too.
I agree about the EWCM, I think you need to get that back again. More important than the pH, I believe.
I don't love people starting and stopping supps (runs the risk that your body ~may~ interpret that as a sign that food is less plentiful than it was) but may very well be the case that you've reaped the benefits to your T levels from the l-arg already and it's not even getting you anything anymore. Testosterone kinda self-perpetuates itself, because when your T goes up it makes you more likely to seek out the kind of stimuli that keeps it higher.!!! AGH old thread here but to update we are finding l-arg messes up some women's cycles and have mostly dropped it for DW.
Carnitine we have also dropped for DW. When you raise T levels too high, your cycle goes nutty.
