Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I changed from very boy friendly diet to LE Diet. I drank 3 diet cokes most days.

Comments regarding DH's diet-

I did decrease red meat drastically as I made more chicken and fish dinners for him. He drank at least 3 cans of diet coke a day.

DId you consume alcohol?

• A couple of drinks per week

DId you try to limit caffeine?

No, I did not factor that into my sway

Any Diet Details?

I used myfitnesspal app to help me keep within the LE limit range and I found it great for motivation.

Any Diet Comments/Additional Info?

I kept the diet up until bfp - I couldn't believe i got bfp first attempt so I was expecting to be trying again this month.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I weighed 71kg and had an extra stone on from a 12 week missed miscarriage (non sway pregnancy) 2 months prior. I went down to 66kg.

Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments?

I exercised first 3 weeks (60mins fast walk on treadmill X 5 per week) but got sciatica so had to stop - so I stopped all exercise bar everyday running around on errands.

My plan advised jump and dump but I did not j & d as i did not want to be on the diet that much longer. Also, my plan advised frequent release but dh was really unaware of all my scheming so had to make do with one attempt at positive opk!

Any additional supplement info?

Dh took deglycerized licorice root - I only found out later that it's less effective than plain licorice root and he only took 450mg once a day.

He took olive leaf extract 1000mg a day.

I started taking vitex myself even though it wasn't in plan - I was checking ovulation with cb digital test so wasn't stressed about it messing up cycle.

Did you do anything with Ions?

rose quartz jewellery, salt lamp in bedroom, lots of showers, lavender shower gel and lavender aerosol

Did you use any Old Wives Tales?

I put baby girls outfit under bed.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I did the diet fairly strictly for 8 weeks,I lost half a stone, I stayed within limits,and was delighted with moon phase as my ovulation was always in full moon. I ovulated also in April which is supposed to be a good girl month,the chinese gender calendar even says girl so if I don't have a girl it's just not meant to be!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

I took 2 berroca vitamin tablets to bring on af as i heard that vit c can bring on af - I was waiting 6 weeks for first af after miscarriage and was also experiencing major head spins at night so I panicked and felt i needed them - what is done is done, you can't be perfect.

Things worth mentioning:

I had a missed miscarriage (non-sway pregnancy) 9 weeks prior. this was my second cycle or my first attempt after first af after miscarriage. I was so lucky to get pregnant first attempt cause it was hard core but I just hope now for a healthy babs in January - please God!

GL!! You're almost my sway twin!!! I'm 38, 4 boys, I'll be on the diet 8 wks when I make my attempt! The part about abstaining bc Dh didn't know you're scheming made me "LOL"! Congrats and Pink ️dust to you!!! And happy Mother's Day!!!
