LMAO @3PNB- I will be huge also! You are a lucky chick, B! I was in mat clothes by 12 wks with #2, and I am *normally* a flat belly workout freak. Um, fast forward to now, when I already look pg, so when I am actually pg, I'll be in the mat clothes by 6 wks. Post a pic, 3! I am sure your oldest will get over it. I'm sure you've thought of this, but maybe you could make her the Chief Helper and let her do some special stuff that only she gets to do with you in regards to picking out stuff for the baby and shopping, ykwim. This is going to be a long 29 days for ALL OF US! It'll be the first u/s on GD for our crew, yea?

Yay for O day Lola! And even better that it's time to DTD again anyway; I think the every 48 is great for TTC boy. ~~~~~PREGO VIBES!!! ~~~~~
I think we're going to have a LOT of May babies ladies!
3PNB I do wonder if when we get closer to actually having this LO if I will care more ... it won't surprise me if that happens but I'm sure as heck hoping I can stay in this happy place. I would totally be getting my hopes up given your DD's accuracy rate with the guessing! I think it is entirely possible she can be picking something up from you ... so fun! It really is unreal that you'll find out so soon.... I feel like you and Babydes (and me for that matter) JUST got our BFPs.
Oh and my flat belly is really a freak of nature thing. Even my OB today was joking about it and calling me the baby hider. I'll post a pic when I start showing ... it really is crazy, I don't know where my babies tuck themselves.
So one of my totally awesome friends is done having kids and is giving me her bugaboo stroller, how cool is that?!? It's orange, which I love. Super fun!

Anyone think of a fun way to tell our parents? We still haven't told them bc we wanted to come up with a cute idea... which, for us, means it'll be like 3 more months before we say anything bc we can't think of a fun way! Both live out of town. Last time we had DD1 make a video that we put on you tube of her saying "I'm going to be a big sister! Everything will change!" LOL... she wasn't told to say "everything will change" but she was soooo right!

Oh nice on the free stroller, B! Those are super expensive, too! I wish I had your luck with babies hiding....my uterus seems to get enormous and hard and spill out over my pelvis immediately. I have one of those low, scary out-there bellies that really freaks people out and makes them feel the need to say idiotic shit like "You're huge! Are there 2 in there? Don't give birth right here! Can I touch that?" LOL
Thank you for the vibes!I am a bit nervous. I want to yell at DH's sack "PLEASE DO YOUR JOB AND IMPREGNATE ME!"

Hmmm, the video is pretty cute and hard to top! When I had DD2, I got a little plain white tee for DD1 and got some colored fabric markers and wrote on the front "Big Sister, March 2005" (which was the due date month) and on the back, I wrote, "That's right. Mommy's pregnant." When my Dh got home (the ex), he saw that and that was my way of telling him. But, I took a pic of her in the shirt and mailed it in a card to my folks, and my Mom said it was totally cute when they got it. They called me immediately, of course. But you don't get to see their reaction, I guess, but they are out of town anyway, right?

August 25th, 2011, 01:21 PM #708Told the girls when we'd be finding out and dd1 burst into tears, there isn't a doubt in her mind it's a boy and she doesnt want a little brother. I have a friend who had a girl and then 4 boys, if it is a boy and she's still upset I think I'll recruit her for help. Her sons are very sweet and well behaved so I hope her daughter will tell mine good stories about having brothers. This is going to be a very long 29 days (not that I'm counting lol) if she cries every time anyone says anything. Secretly dh and I are thrilled she's so sure, she's never been wrong!
But you know when she see the new baby she will love him for sure.
