Just left the gym, I lost two pounds since Thursday so I'm excited! Haha
I had easy mac (don't ask) for lunch with some berries.
Dinner will be fat free popcorn and more fruit!

The light popcorn is actually really good if you buy some of those sprinkle on flavorings. They're fat free and I found a ton. I'm doing buffalo wing flavor tonight!

Thread crashing! I ate air popped popcorn frequently! Also ate 1/2c Mac and cheese with a huge portion odd broccoli when making it for my boys. Mmmm! The LE diet doesn't need to be a deprivation diet! I made a lot of yummy meals that I still love!
You guys are doing great and hope to see some BFPs soon [emoji175]!

Thanks xX!!! I suck at eating veggies! I need to work at that. I find avoiding meat really easy day to day (weekends are tough) and I have SUCH a hard time avoiding fatty carbs and sweets. I swear, they hunt me down.

I always had an ice cream sandwich for dessert! The cycle I got a BFP, I was depressed and convinced I would never get another BFP. I had a whole junk food meal! Seriously. A whole meal [emoji53].
We need that sometimes to keep us sane! You're doing great!

I usually have great veggie meals but today I was lazy and slacking.... And now I'm going to bed with WAY WAY WAY few calories and fat and protein. Not good. I honestly didn't even mean to not eat... Just busy I guess. Tomorrow is a new day!

I felt like I ate a LOT today but I really didn't. My fat was slightly higher than I prefer but still in the Limits.
For lunch (11am, 16 hr fast)
Grilled montery Jack sandwich (first real dairy in awhile) made with light margerine spread and I paired that with an icebug lettuce salad with full fat dressing - weighed in at 405 cals
Dinner was Perogies (10) topped with a veggie curry I made last night and a dollop of low fat sour cream and a side of green peas. I had a car male pudding as a desert too743 cals
The day was 1148 cals, 31.8 g of fat, 38 g of protein.
I'm going to have beer too but not til after I do my walk. I don't think I can jog yet - that week off of daily exercise really put me back.
