    How far in advance should DH start OLE?

    Ttc in August for a girl, wondering when DH should start OLE? I'm starting the LE diet in about a week more full on (been skipping breakfast for a couple weeks already)

    My DH started 3 months b4. I think that's fine as it doesn't harm sperm like LR so there is no worries about being on it too long.
