Things that make me feel great about my sway:

Have lost lots of weight in last 6 months. One attempt in fertile window.

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Probably didn't stick to the diet as well as could be. Stopped taking fiber sups a week or two before O.
Worry about boy friendly exercise.

Things worth mentioning:

My BFP cycle and the one before had several days of heavy spotting mid-cycle. The BFP I spotted from CD 14 to CD25 and then O'd on CD30.
