Quick question Lauren, how do you know hubby's T is high? My DH has a ridiculously stressful job... I'm just wondering how I would learn if it's high or not.

Are you guys using more wheat stuff? If the label just has wheat, it's not fortified right?

Let's record what we're eating to help each other
Ya I don't obsess over the wheat so much. I gave up cereal bc it's mainly fortified, but I occasionally eat a whole grain or whole wheat bread or bagel.

Ok, first time ever tracking!
Breakfast: various forms if iced coffee with cream, maple, whipped cream, and/or milk
Lunch at 11am - sandwich (2 pieces of bread and 1 slice of mozz cheese), pasta salad, peach
Snack at 3 - apple, tortilla chips/salsa, 1/2 Rice Krispie treat
Dinner - non fat vanilla Greek yogurt and can of low far chciken noodle soup (noodles were enriched but meh)
Total cals: 1650
Fat: 29 grams
Protein: 41.5 grams
Also did 60 minutes of walking and a bit of jogging.
How did I do?

Nice!!!! Awesome actually! Not bad for a first day!
My day was this (im also bfing but I had a little weight to lose so dropped a little lower in cals bc I wasn't budging, plus my little one is 13 months). Fat was at 32g and protein at 25g. I tend to do terrible with protein most days now, so once a week I gave chicken or fish or eggs.

I think I'm going to eat a little chicken or turkey or eggs most days if I am able to stay under protein. You burned 613 cals from exercising! That's impressive! I've just been walking with my jogging stroller and jogging a bit! I estimated about 200 calories for 60 minutes.
