Dido I will be getting the harmony test done at 10 weeks to so I can know asap.

I have my clomid days 2-6 had my ovidril shot last Saturday and now the TWW [emoji5]️

The ovidril shot for me has no side effects and I haven't ever heard people saying otherwise. I've injected it myself and I've had the nurse do it too, I hate needles but the needle is so easy and painless.

About the harmony - I think it's in Canada but expensive... I wish it was covered our provincial health insurance and do not understand why it's not.
Is the gender part a separate expense from the chromosomal abnormalities?

It's not covered here in Australia either it will cost around $600-700, and no here anyway it's not seperate.

The harmony test is around $430 now in Australia. There are some other options too depending on where you live which are roughly the same price and some are even done here so they don't have to go overseas.

I'm still trying to decide if we will do it or not.

Good luck djmommy. I do not like needles, I use local anthesia cream and make my husband give me Ovidrel while I close my eyes lol!

Yes, gender test is separate than chromosomal abnormalities.

My FS said that the Verify test (In Aus) is $595 and is just a blood test.. no scan...? Not claimable on medicare either.

ah ok, will have to get more details then. I'm planning to get a scan at 7 weeks so i wonder if they can use that? I think they just need to verify dates.
