I know this is a much lesser scale on the need to be alone but doing my first HPT this cycle DH was anxiously waiting to see and I needed to be alone so I could be disappointed quietly, I had to ask him to leave the room before I could look.

Definitely not you need to manage the best way you can
It's a hard journey and sometimes we cope with the initial feelings better alone.

Ladies. I wish I had more time with the diet and cardio. Im dripping pounds and the cardio is coming easier and easier. But I still have a fair bit of muscle and still some fat too lose. (Not that I look huge) - bmi 22.5 but I'm just wondering what 4-6 more weeks would do for me... I really can't dwell on it. Our attempts Are so soon.

Hitme go with your gut feeling. You'll only be shy of 12 weeks on diet which is fantastic! Cardio and clomid not sure what else you could possibly do! I would be feeling super confident if I was in your shoes
in saying that if you feel another month on diet would put your mind at ease then go for that. I personally would go for it as you may not get bfp first month ttc and have to stay on diet another 4 weeks anyway (I will be fx and hoping you get bfp first month regardless of which way you go

Ya I think we'll do every 4 days and roll the dice. I'll have been on the diet 10 wks i Believe; cardio took a little while to nail down.
Thing is if I wait then I'll my concerns will be shifted from the length of the diet and excerize to the intensity, and consistency. (Due to a rougher start on LE, and a trip to Cuba ). So its always something. My gut says wait til end of June but I think it's fear talking. I gotta chill and get back in the zone. I'll have 2 more weeks and the critical tww to keep it going.
But yes. I have LE, cardio, Clomid, and breastfeeding. (Which btw I take my dose right at his bedtime so it has a chance to metabolize before he's up)... I won't bother mentioning Ole bc DH is terrible for remembering. Terrible. Lol

You never know how long it will actually take to get your BFP, and there is never a perfect time. I would attempt as scheduled and not delay further, because you could end up losing too much and still waiting for your BFP. 22.5 BMI is great! You've been losing, on the diet for a while, and still have some weight to lose if you don't get your BFP right away. Have your attempt mama!!!
Good job [emoji6]!!
