Your diet sounds good, happyheart!
I got another BFN this morning, so I think I'm out this month.
I had my big cheat night last night and it was soooooo yummy, but my poor shrunken stomach suffered for it later!
7am: coffee
12pm: shirataki noodles with low sodium tomato sauce and a pinch of low sodium parm, 2 arrowroot cookies, 1 serving curd cheese, Sour Patch Kids
5pm: corn on the cob
8pm: Greek salad, fries, tzatziki and a veggie pita (YUM!) + a peach for dessert
As you can see, I decided on Greek instead of pizza. I realised that since I was ordering for myself (DH was out of town), I would have to eat only PART of a pizza and save the rest...and I didn't quite trust myself to stop eating once I started. The Greek food was also lower in protein, and the cheating was mostly in the sodium, which I think is the part of the sway that matters the least. My calories were only 400 leading into my big cheat supper, so hopefully I stayed under my limit.

I know you're disappointed mocha but you're really not out at 11dpo, even though I know in your head you should have your BFP by now because that's when you got it with DS3. Why don't you give yourself a break for just a couple of days before you test again? Your Greek food sounds yum!
I think it looks great happyheart!
I'm feeling a bit down about my weight loss. Last week I only lost 1/2lb so I thought this week would be good, but so far only another 1/2lb. There's you ladies eating more to try not to lose weight and still losing and I'm being super good and barely losing any!!2005

Awww....I'm sorry Z - that must be so frustrating! You've done such an awesome job with the weight loss - maybe you've just hit another plateau. I think no matter what you can feel good about this sway - you've worked sooooo hard to get to this point!

I agree, happyheart. If I had one regret it was that I started out with such low calories on the diet, so I lost the weight too quickly. I should have listened to Atomic's recommendation of 1500-1800. In the beginning I wasn't eating the sweets I am now, so I was having trouble breaking 1200 calories a day. Now I have trouble keeping under 1600, but I'm afraid to go over that in case I gain weight!

I completely agree, I wish I had started off within the correct limits, I hope others who start out see our posts and don't make the same mistake, no one should assume they will only be on this diet for 6 weeks!!!! I have out on a few pounds now, I really debated whether this was the right thing to do as I know atomic said ovulation will return anyway, but for me, I feel I needed to put on, once af comes I will eat within the calorie limits. I'm not recording my food at the moment as other than missing breakfast I'm very relaxed and I'm having pretty much what I like. Not looking forward to eating the diet and trying to ach the right limits but I can't wait for af to come!!!!!!!
