I'm not using any supplements atm but really would be worried if it screwed with my cycles! I want to know what's going on and I hate it when I can't controll it!
Thanks for the tip on mfp, I changed it to potassium. Never knew there was potassium in white bread lol! I just had a birthdayparty with a bbq mmm! All vegetarian though, good girl I am! (not that difficult as I have been a veggie for over ten years now!) I didn't exercise yesterday and todayyesterday I fell asleep when taking my kids to bed. Woke up in the middle of the night, drewling on my sons pillow rofl. And then slept till 10! 14 hours of sleep, I must be going crazy! And today was so busy with shopping for the house and then to the bdayparty, just no time for exercise. Tomorrow am going for a long walk again, but this time I'm wearing my running shoes. No more blisterful walks for me

Omg sleep to 10am!!!! I can't remember the last time! My son wakes me about 6am everyday
my husband offered me a sleep in this morning but it's not the same, I'm already awake. I'm taking vitex, just one first thing in the morning, hasn't seemed to have changed anything drastatically yet. My periods are less painful if anything. Heard a lot of ppl having issues with it though, guess everyone is different.

Dana I slept til 9! Mind you I had a migraine again at 3am and when my 3 yr old came in he ended up falling out of bed, scaring himself and clearing off my end table in the process. So at like 430 I was frantically looking for my basal thermometer under my bed... What a train wreck that was.

Omg haha sorry I shouldn't be laughing but the way you describe it is so true! My son also clears everything of my end table when he falls out of bed, screaming and panicking. Horrible way to wake up! I only slept till 10 cause my husband let me. Of course I woke up like 5 time slast night and this morning. The kids always come to me first... I told DH it's his turn and tried to go back to sleep. But of course I had to pee! Went straight back to bed again and snored loud lol. I really needed it.
