You can exercise indoor if you want? I'll do that today, as I've already skipped 2 days and I do think it's a strong pink factor. But I think as long as we do 60+ cardio a few times a week it's already better than nothing!

Ok loves, I have a fridge full of eggs and am trying to be kind of thrifty this week ad I love eggs. I'm thinking if having 2 for dinner with buttered toast and an apple and Pepsi to get my cals up. Do you think this is a bad day if I stay under the limits? I know eggs sway boy but is it ok to have once in awhile if I fit it into my day?

I also had 2 eggs this morning! I don't usually eat them, but I was craving them this morning, so I figured I would have some. And stay within my limits of course.

Yep - if it's in the limits its quite ok! Also, if you're hard up and can't do whole eggs (like in the future, if you're not able to fit it) try one whole, and one white (or just whites) with some salsa and or low fat cheese.

Dana i forced the cardio. It was wet out but I let my 3 yr old play in the street on his strider and I jumped rope for an hour. Well, I slacked off here and here but def elevated heart rate . I feel like the ultra bonus to this is the role model for daily physical activity that I've become!!!

I struggled with the cardio today too girls! it was the longest hour on the treadmill..... I kept peeking at the screen (I have it covered so I can be surprised when it all of a sudden finishes the hour), well I mostly was peeking at the distance, I kept the time to go covered... and I was willing it to finish!! Haha!
I have a banana bread cooking in the oven at the moment - I can't believe how many calories etc it has in it for something that is 'healthy'. But it is yummo toasted with some butter

1 hour of jumping rope, wow! I can't even do that 5 times lol. Today it's not sunny, but it's dry, so hoping to go for a nice walk again tonight.
Lol Immi, I also keep looking at the clock when I'm on the hometrainer. That's why I prefer walking. I know where to go and how long that will be and it's quite relaxing not having to do or think of anything else. When I cycle on the hometrainer I usually watch tv and it's just not the same as walking outside. Mmm bananabread, yummy!Mummy to agirl, born sleeping

Hi ladies! I'll start strict LE next month. This month I'm going vegetarian and try to eat the LE way even though I think I will eat breakfast this month. I have started using MyFitnessPal so I can see how I am doing. I was wondering how you girls get enough potassium? I know coconut water is a great way to have it but what else? It's great to have this thread especially now that I'm trying to figure everything out.
