Just wondering how you guys are keeping your ph low. Im taking supplements and diet, drinking a lot of peppermint and milk. Ibstarted using acijel but i keep staying between 5 and 6....does it need to be down to 4.5?

Tiffsal I'm pretty sure ive read on here that ph levels don't really sway? I myself don't think they do and I've read lots of sways that havent recorded it. But there is a lot of info about ph levels so who knows. I think I've read acijel can lower ph? I did look into it at one stage early on. Someone else will comment I'm sure if they are montiring theirs

I'm not doing anything for pH either. Have u read the pH pickle thread Tiffsal? Most of that jelly stuff just seems to lower odds of conception with unstartling results so I'm not bothering. I really want to get pregnant this month!
Very blessed with

I've read the lower your ph the more chance swimmers will be taken out so I don't know that going below 5 will achieve much. The optimal range ttc is between 7-14 from memory. It's been ages since I read up on it though. I think it sounds like your in a good range though if your trying to have a less hospitable environment for o and bd time. Hope this helps and I hope someone else comments lol in case I'm wrong

Hi ladies! It has been almos 6 months after my mc, and no bfp, I'm almost ready to give up...we've decided to take a break from ttc this month and I've made an appointment to see my OB tomorrow, though I'm not sure if I should ask for clomid or not. Meanwhile, I've started accupuncture for my shoulder pain, and the accupuncturist asked me about my cycle and fertility, so I told her I've been trying to get pregnant for months with no luck. She said she can help me with those issues as well. To make a long story short, a few days later I felt horrible ovulation pain and had gobs of ewcm, it hasn't happened in a very very long time! Going by those signs I ovulated cd10 or 11, and our last BD was cd8, so I guess I might still have a chance this cycle...time will tell. Good luck everyone xoxoxo
