The cattle studies were after the fact analysis of what the farmers were feeding the cattle, not the other way around. In the FGD book, the author even mentions that it was basically impossible to get the farmers to alter the feed of the cows - they couldn't get any farmers to do it so they based the studies on a mineral analysis of what the cows were already eating.
My understanding of the rat studies is they were eating "rat chow" and then the researchers added to the rat chow. I put WAY more stock into the rat studies than the cattle studies because they are controlled studies.
Hey, I'm not trying to convince anyone to do anything "my" way, I just want the data out there and then everyone can decide for themselves what is the right thing for them to do.

August 28th, 2011, 12:22 PM #12Actually I totally agree with you Spicy, which is why I do not believe in magic foods. Cavemen who ate meat all day every day probably had very close to 50-50 girls and boys, and countries in which most people are vegetarians also have very close to 50-50 boys and girls. People had boys and girls before they were even able to digest dairy.
Others can eat and drink whatever they want and get both gender and I can do whatever I want and get girls only.
Why me? I just want 1 boy!Is that to much to ask?
